Delivered by one of our Promethean accredited trainers, this workshop is for those who want to create innovative and interactive lessons using ActivInspire and their whiteboard.

Objective:

To provide delegates with the skills needed to confidently use an interactive whiteboard in the classroom and to achieve their Promethean accreditation.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this course, delegates will be able to:

• Create lessons using resources and shapes
• Work with text and pages
• Use the presentation tool
• Access a range of whiteboard resources on Promethean Planet
• Gain their Promethean Level 1 accreditation and certificate

Overview:

This workshop covers the skills needed to competently use an interactive whiteboard for teaching, focusing on building confidence in using the board and pen as well as the software that drives it. It will also look at a variety of inspiring and practical applications for use in the classroom. Following on from the workshop, all delegates will have the opportunity to complete Prometheans online assessment and gain their Promethean Level 1 accreditation.

Face to face training:

This course will be delivered on-site at your establishment by one of our accredited Promethean trainers, all of who are teachers themselves. Your trainer will contact you prior to the session to discuss your specific requirements and to ensure that the session is tailored to your priorities.
