FantastICT introduces the Microsoft Peer Coaching Programme

FantastICT is working with Microsoft to offer the Microsoft Peer Coaching Programme as part of the Microsoft Partners in Learning UK scheme.

The Peer Coaching Programme trains teacher leaders to serve as peer coaches for colleagues. As coaches, these teachers assist their peers in identifying ways that technology can extend teaching approaches and enhance their students’ academic achievement. They will also help their colleagues to develop the necessary technology skills and instructional strategies needed to integrate technology into teaching and learning.

We will be working with schools and school federations to develop bespoke training plans that focus on the effective use of technology across the curriculum whilst building a sustainable approach to professional development. The Peer Coaching Programme can be used to support the implementation of major additions to teaching and learning technology or a comprehensive review of the deployment of ICT.
