School Based Training
Work with us to design CPD to match your needs and objectives.
We match course provision to the needs of teachers and schools by offering flexibility in course content and formats of delivery. Pre-course consultation establishes objectives and success criteria as well as agreeing logistical arrangements. The consultation is based around a menu of opportunities taken from the course outlines, school priorities and considering the most appropriate formats for delivery.
School-based sessions can be offered through staff meetings, INSET days, consultation with individual curriculum leaders and team teaching with groups of students. A written record of the outcome of the consultation is shared with the client along with details of the organisation of the sessions prior to delivery.
